Welcome to the West Virginia University Genomics Core Facility
The West Virginia University Genomics Core Facility is a non-profit, full service
resource open to all. We are located on the downtown campus in the Life Sciences
Building. We offer Next Generation Sequencing, Sanger Sequencing, Bioinformatics,
and more. We also have equipment available for self-service use. In addition to
all the services and equipment offered in our core facility, we have a collaborative
relationship with the
Genomics Core Facility at Marshall University. We support both educational
and industrial research. We also write letters of support for grant applications.
Please read more about our facilities equipment, fees, and personnel on the other
pages. Questions are welcome and should be addressed to
Ryan Percifield.
